Home Organizing
An organized home establishes serenity, function, and quality.
Business Organizing
Cut the clutter, cut the frustration
When organizing an office, I'll establish systems that make it easier to find what you need. The most valuable asset of business is your time. Your time is everything. Why waste your time looking for things you cannot find, when you can implement systems that allow you to get you what you need. Create a system where more space will be acquired, more time will be saved, and an easier job will be had. Having an organized office creates a balance of peace and order.
Move Management
Decluttering, Planning, Hiring, Unpacking, Managing
Whether it's the beginning, middle or end of a move, it's all stressful. Aristotle will help you manage the stresses of a move by decluttering, prepping, hiring, managing and more. We will start by decluttering your space, so you only bring what you desire to have in your new home. My team will also manage the move, from hiring the movers to the unpacking and organizing team. Lastly we will plan out your new space, so the movers know exactly where to go and the organizers know exactly what to unpack and where to place things so you can sit back, relax and have a glass of wine
Electronic Organizing
Organizing desktops, e-files, the internet, e-calenders, and web-design
When Organizing a computer, I'll create systems that allow you to find what you need in a manner of seconds. Time is most often a clients most precious possession. Through creating time schedules, and keeping an organized desktop, it not only relieves tension and frustration, but gives the gift of more time and orderliness. If you have your own business, you work on a computer, or you desire structure in your electronics, I advise starting here.
The Steps to Getting Organized
.
Step 1: The Puzzle
The first step is an introduction. This will involve a discussion on what your environment currently is, and how you'd like it to ideally look and behave after working together.
Step 2: The Scope
Now it's time to discuss the scope of the project (amount, time, cost) and the best organizing package for you.
Step 3: The organizing
Once the initial meeting is over, we will schedule appointments in 3-8 hour long sessions to begin the organizing process.
Step 4: One Step at a time
We'll start organizing in the place that's causing you the most distress. After we finish, we will move into the next area, never working on more than one area at a time. By the time the first targeted area is finished, you will see a clear change and feel a sense of relief.
Step 5: Finish The Puzzle
As we work together you will be learning new organizing skills which will allow you to work on the last step, which is maintenance. We can set up 1 hour sessions every six to twelve months, if necessary, to help you stay organized.

Price Expectations
Prices To Expect for Residential
Entire Home
($1,400 - $10,000+)
Organizing an entire home can truly take anywhere from 10 to 50+ hours. This price varies so widely because every person and home are different. Depending on the amount of clutter, speed on decision making, and overall goals, the organizing process could be a very quick or time consuming process.
Bedroom
($750 - $3,000)
The pricing of organizing a bedroom typically varies due to the closets, objects stashed under the bed and in the dressers. Decision making in this area is typically faster than others, but people often discount the time it could take deciding to keep or donate clothes and other personal belongings.
Kitchen
($750 - $1,400)
Organizing for Kitchens no matter how big or small can easily rack up time due to the amount of appliances, spices, and foods one uses to cook. Sometimes it's best to start from scratch and take everything out, other times all a kitchen needs is a bit of maneuvering.
Living Room
($750 - $1,400)
The more diverse the living room is, the more involved the process is. Living rooms can be utilized as multipurpose rooms, i.e. an entryway, a dining room, a playroom, etc., especially in New York City. The more the living room has and is used for, the more involved the process will be. Other things that must be taken in account are bookshelves, closets, amours, TV stands, storage in couches, etc.
Home Office
($750 - $2,000)
Home offices vary in price due to the size and necessary function. A home office could have a bookshelf, desk, cabinets, office supplies, files, and more that could each take a while to organize. All of these factor into play when creating an estimate for a project. Due to all of these variables a home office could exceed $1,275 but I have not yet been placed in that scenario and have managed to have all home offices organized around $500-$925 total.
Storage Unit
($300 - $1,400)
Typically when it comes to a organizing storage unit and occasionally a basement, I will recommend shelving which can cost anywhere from $50 to $150. I recommend shelving because it increases space and efficiency. All that said, most storage units and basements vary in size and density. Due to this, it could take as few as 3 hours or as much as 10-15 hours. Typically the best process for organizing storage units is to start by removing everything inside and creating the organization process from the beginning. Basements are different however, and I try to stick with the organizational structure already started, rather than starting from scratch.
These prices are all generalizations. Not all these pricing ranges will apply to you, however for most of my clients, these are the low to high averages for professional organizing in each area.
Prices To Expect for Business
Entire Business
($2,000 - $10,000)
Entire businesses, like homes, can take a long time to organize. This price varies so widely because some businesses just need files, or a few desks/offices organized. But when a business asks for all their files and desks and offices to be organized, the scope of the project easily grows to $6,375 and up.
Office
($750 - $1,400)
Office's can be quickly organized within 5 hours, but often exceeds this expectation due to bookshelves, the inside of a desk, and any filing that needs to be done. Due to the amount of variables involved in each individuals office, the price also varies widely.
Filing
($750 - $1,400)
Filing has a narrow gap when it comes to pricing. although the types of files from client to client often differ, the amount of time to organize them rarely does. File organizing is typically similar across the board because files only vary so much, object attachment is rarely a factor and decision making is quick.
These prices are all generalizations. Not all these pricing ranges will apply to you, however for most of my clients, these are the low to high averages for professional organizing in each area.
