Project Estimations
We offer free 15-minute virtual consultations for our clients to determine the scope and approach that best fits their needs and budget. If an initial in-person walk-through is required we charge an hourly fee. During an in-person walk-through we will offer a more detailed approach and plan of action that allows for our clients to have a more hands-off experience. Organizing Estimation
Our prices vary from project to project. We are an hourly based organizing company and give recommendations stemming from 1-5 organizers depending on the size, timeline, and budget. We accommodate our clients as much as possible, so we do not exceed their max desired expenditure. We also offer promotions through our referral program to lessen the expense of future projects. Moving Estimation
Moving to a different home can often be a complicated endeavor with rotating necessities that area easily lost in the weeds. We therefore pride ourselves in being extremely meticulous during this process to ensure our clients receive a seamless transition. We see a wide range of homes, apartments, and businesses but a good rule of thumb is to expect to pay around the same cost as the movers OR 1 months rent of your home/0.5-1% of your property's value.
Staging Estimation
Staging and organizing are very similar in costs. Sometimes we utilize 2-5 organizers for a staging process to ensure we're able to flip the look of the home within a day, sometimes two or three depending on the size of the home. Our goal as stagers is to highlight all of your homes assets, use your items to spark up the style of the house, and hide/remove any personal belongings. We DO NOT provide furniture or art, instead we work with what you have, so you don't need to worry about extra expenses outside of the labor cost.
Estate Estimation
Estates are a very difficult predictor in terms of cost. Typically we see some item sales, large donations, and the use of our resource list to help our clients navigate an often-times emotionally difficult experience. Of course each situation is unique to each of our clients and so is each estates cost and budget. Some of our clientele need a guiding hand through the entire process, and others only need to have their home emptied and sorted. Regardless of whether or not you need a guiding hand through the entire process, we're happy to discuss your unique situation and give you an estimate based on the provided information
