How soon can you help?
We can typically guarantee a 48 hour turnaround time depending on the scope and timeline of your project. If you need us to come in as soon as possible, i.e. same day, we will do what we can to ensure you get the help you need in a timely manor. If you are moving and need a team of organizers, please contact us with at least a two week notice to ensure you have the team and strategies in place to make your project as smooth a transition as possible.
Do you work on the weekends?
Yes! We are available seven days a week to ensure we are able to work around your schedule
How far will you travel?
We often service the NYC burrows but have helped our clients in the tristate area as well as up and down the East Coast and even in some parts of the Western half of the US. If you are looking for assistance, please reach out and if we cannot help, we will guide you to someone who can.
Are you a moving company?
We're not a typical moving company. We offer move management services, as well as packing and unpacking services to keep your move organized and stress-free. We will recommend or hire the necessary parties for your move, such as movers from our trusted resource list, to ensure each step of your move is as seamless as possible.
Should I do any cleaning before you come?
No! Don't clean up for us. The best way for us to help is to get an accurate understanding of how you live and function in your space.
The only advice we would offer before arriving is to pinpoint certain areas you'd like us to cover in the first session. If you need further guidance, think of the areas specifically causing you the most stress. We like to start there!
Do you charge for walkthroughs?
We offer free 15-minute virtual consultations for our clients to determine the scope and approach that best fits their needs and budget. If an in-person walk-through is required we will offer a more detailed approach and plan of action that allows for our clients to have a more hands-off experience. This detailed walk through is charged at an hourly fee but deducted from your total bill, once we work together
What forms of payment do you take?
We take all forms of payment. Our preferred method of payment is Zelle, but we take cash, check, Venmo, Paypal and Credit Card. For Pay pal and Credit Card payments, we do charge a 3% processing fee. If none of the above payments work for you, please send an email to [email protected] to make an alternate form of payment.
When am I expected to pay?
Depending on the project size, a percentage of the estimated hours will be required to secure your date(s) on our calendar
What if I have to cancel or postpone my session?
We understand the complexities life brings. If you give us more than a 24 hour notice, then we offer free postponements and cancelations.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you will be held responsible for 50% of the expected day's session. Exceptions can be made depending on the situation and need for the cancelation.
How do you ensure our information is confidential?
Our organizers follow strict guidelines, including a non-disclosure agreement and the NAPO code of ethics. Your information will be restricted to only the necessary parties on our organizing team. If our non-disclosure agreement is insufficient to you and your needs, we are also happy to sign further documentation to protect your identity.
